My name is Mike Hindi. I am married, with a 2-year-old daughter and we are currently based in Binningen, Switzerland. I am an experienced leader in Business Transformation, Post-Merger, Restructuring and Integration. I have been essentially focusing on Healthcare, Supply Chain, Startups and Financial Services. I hold an Executive MBA from Oxford University with Distinction, a Master in Management of Technology from ETH Zurich and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL). I have also completed exchange semesters at Stanford University and Bocconi University. Overall, I am a globally minded leader, speaking 6 languages and having lived in 9 countries on 4 continents.

I am looking forward to acquiring a business with a strong legacy which I can grow further and bring to the next level.
My goal is to exploit its full potential to maximize value creation for the society and for its stakeholders. Although I am quite flexible in terms of locations and industries, I will mainly focus my search in the DACH region and on companies in the service sector.
My Contribution
I find private markets very interesting. In my opinion, they are full of asymmetric information and inefficiencies - which means lots of opportunities. This fits perfectly with my “skin in the game” mindset and my willingness to leverage my Strategy, Operations & Business Transformation expertise.
As an optimizer and a data-driven decision-maker, I will be very proactive to impact both top line and bottom line, with a special focus on revenue growth & market expansion, cost & process optimization and digital transformation. As a people-person and a globally minded leader, I am a strong believer of “l’union fait la force” (strength in unity). Hence, I will be dedicated to promoting and developing a culture based on collaboration, integrity, ownership and speak-up mentality.
