20242026

I am an international executive with 24 years of business experience. Curiosity and a passion for knowledge have guided my choice of studies and the 13 years that I have lived outside Italy.

I am a self-starter with an entrepreneurial can-do attitude and a strong growth-oriented mentality. I believe in mental discipline, in detailed preparation as a prerequisite for perfect execution.

I lead by example, and I am extremely demanding, starting with myself. I believe that remaining humble and listening to others is the sign of great leadership.

Success to me is solving complex problems, in the most effective and innovative way. I constantly strive to create a significant positive impact, both in my personal and professional life.

MY SEARCH

I am searching for two types of profitable companies: Industrials companies B2B, possibly with a technological edge and companies which develop products or services which enable the Digital Transformation (e.g. IoT, Big Data, etc.)
I am particularly keen to find companies with a strong product focus, a portion of revenues from outside Italy, and the potential for servitization.

I expect to find a Target in the North of Italy (focus are Lombardy and Emilia Romagna) as well as in the south of Switzerland.

My contribution

I plan to run the business in continuity with the past, to empower the organization, and to leverage my expertise to bring it to the next phase of evolution.
I expect to build on the strengths of the business and leverage strong processes, automation and technology.

I will grow the business with the blueprint that I have developed and successfully used in the past. Create a comprehensive bottom-up three-year Value Creation plan, agreed with management to professionalize all aspects of the business.
