I grew up in the United States and have lived in five countries in Latin America and Europe. My career has spanned operational roles within both Fortune 100 companies, family-owned SMEs, and a strategy consulting firm. For the last 16 years I have helped clients launch and grow multiple brands within the North American Active Lifestyle consumer goods market. Through the NCA Entrepreneurship through Acquisition program, I will continue my entrepreneurial journey by acquiring and leading another Active Lifestyle brand through its next stage of value creation and growth.

MY SEARCH
I will be focused on finding high potential consumer goods brands within the Active Lifestyle space. I am most interested in heritage brands or those that have the capacity for creating an enduring and sustainable legacy through their impact on their customers, employees, and other stakeholders.
Specifically, I will target companies in sub-sectors including outdoor, hunting, fitness and wellness, and individual and team sports, as well as the companies that supply them.
My contribution
At its core, my contribution will be a continuation of what I have demonstrated throughout my career. The first and never-ending job will be to build a foundational culture of trust, mutual respect, and deep belief in the vision of the company.
With this foundation and a clear plan, we will build an efficient organization dedicated to realizing an enduring legacy that inspires our team, our customers, and our shareholders.
