Brought up between Hungary and Bulgaria, I spent my formative years as the countries of Central & Eastern Europe were transforming into market economies, amidst a flurry of entrepreneurial activity. Subsequently, I spent over 15 years in private equity investments and leadership roles in fast-growing entrepreneurial businesses in Europe and Asia.
After 7 years of investment experience in Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) and Hungary, I moved to Singapore, where I did my MBA at INSEAD. In the following 8 years in Southeast Asia, I was CEO of a boutique private equity fund, led corporate turnarounds and held C-level roles in private equity-backed businesses in the SME space.

MY SEARCH
My objective is to acquire a successful and proven company with superior know-how based in Hungary and the broader CEE region.
The ideal business would have an excellent product or service offering with clear export potential and relentless customer focus. It would be in sectors where CEE has strong traditions, like precision engineering, manufacturing, IT, water treatment, etc. The company would have demonstrated strong financial performance and an EBITDA of at least EUR 1 million.
My Contribution
Building on the company’s legacy, we will work day and night for its continued success. We will also safeguard the business’s long-lasting impact on customers, suppliers as well as its employees and their families.
Standing on the solid foundations of the company, my key priority will be to open up additional growth avenues for the business. Whether it is entering new markets, digital transformation or strategic partnerships, our aim will be to expand and fulfil the company’s true potential.
