Having been born and raised in Canada, I have experienced life in many parts of our beautiful country and appreciate its cultural diversity. As a previous owner-operator of a wholesale distributor, I have a “roll-up the sleeves” attitude when required. I believe fostering positive, productive work cultures is at the heart of an SME’s success. I am excited at the opportunity to pursue my passion for entrepreneurship and to continue my acquisition journey with NCA.

MY SEARCH
My target companies are wholesale distribution and light manufacturing SMEs. My search focuses on businesses with a good potential for revenue growth and have room to increase profitability through greater business efficiencies.
My target geography is Canada, ideally the Quebec and Ontario area, where I can leverage bilingualism to penetrate new geographies, however, I am open to opportunities within North America.
My contribution
Having worn all the different “hats” while growing my own company allows me to understand the many challenges faced by today’s SMEs. I am passionate about creating value and using creativity to tackle business problems.
My approach to competing in the marketplace is to focus on differentiation and maximizing resources and capabilities while building industry relationships to create new opportunities.
