I started my career as a consultant then I moved into FMCG and in the last 16 years I have been working in the luxury sector in accessories, beauty and watches. Luxury is my passion and mountains are my obsession.

I believe there are plenty of hidden gems ready to be discovered and groomed in the luxury sector. It is important to find a company with a beautiful heritage and know-how that is unique and recognized.
The target can be a luxury brand but could also be a supplier to luxury brands.
My contribution
I strongly believe that we need focus. We need to identify the key priorities and deliver them exceptionally well. We need to understand clearly what we are good at and become the best at it.
We need to drive the organization to achieve those priorities. Fewer, Better and Bigger.
