About Aron
I was born and raised in Hungary, and had my fair share living and working abroad, in an international environment. In my early career I worked for a global private equity fund in various roles. Subsequently I took on the CEO role, and turned around a medium-sized industrial recycling company. I also am an experienced entrepreneur, founding and acquiring small enterprises; this is where I found my passion. Establishing a search fund with NCA is an ideal framework, to bring this passion, alongside my entrepreneurial ambitions to the next level.

My goal is to acquire a well-established Hungarian company, with annual revenues of €10-€50 million, operating in the industrial sector, manufacturing or B2B services.
The ideal company has a solid reputation in its field, long-standing relationships with its customers and proven export capabilities. I am particularly interested in companies with succession issues, and in corporate orphans.

My contribution
SMEs are quite different, when compared to the corporate world. As a CEO of an SME, one has to wear many hats, and contribute to various functions, from operations, to HR, marketing, strategic planning, etc. That’s the beauty of it.
Drawing on my prior experience, I will contribute primarily to business development, business process reengineering, sustainability, regional expansion and creating an atmosphere, where my colleagues feel appreciated and can unlock their potential.
