I was born in Poland, and lived and worked in various countries. In my childhood, I devoted a lot of time to playing badminton and became a member of Polish National Team. Discipline, hard working and perseverance in reaching my goals shaped my character and helped me in my future professional career.
I’m a MBA graduate from the University of Minnesota and AMP from Harvard Business School. Over the last 20 years I had the opportunity to work for highly diversified, blue-chip companies in Poland and across the Middle East and Africa. I have experience in growing, transforming and improving operational efficiency with large P&Ls in vertically integrated companies across med-tech, pharma and other industries.
