I was born in Ireland and moved to the US in 2013. I have over 25 years of experience building teams, developing strategies, and driving operations. I began my career as an Engineer and was quickly promoted to senior management where I was involved in acquiring two subsidiaries. After taking some time to travel I began my entrepreneurial journey and have since managed three startups, two of which involved acquisitions, and two of which involved successful exits.

My search will focus on Light Manufacturing companies in California, in the range of $5m to $50m. I am looking for a company with consistent revenues, a stable customer base, and an organization that values their people as much as their profitability.
Specifically companies that manufacture Metal Products, Industrial Machinery, Electronic products, or other miscellaneous products (HVAC, lifestyle goods, medical devices etc).
