Growing up in Indianapolis, Indiana, I was the quintessential energetic and curious kid. Whether it was exploring the woods and catching any critter in sight or organizing basketball, soccer, and roller hockey matches with the neighborhood kids, I was always on the move. These early passions seamlessly transitioned into my academic and professional pursuits, as I majored in both biology and mechanical engineering while balancing the demands of being a student-athlete playing soccer. Following graduation, I moved to Kansas City to begin a career with Owens Corning as a manufacturing engineer in a flagship insulation facility. Over the next decade, my career advanced through progressive operational leadership positions in various facilities nationwide, spanning from Oregon to Texas and eventually back to Indiana.
Throughout this journey, I’ve honed my expertise in streamlining operations, building engaged teams, and laying the groundwork for innovation. Leveraging my experience and extensive network of mentors, SME owners, and professional colleagues, I am eager to partner with NCA to acquire an SME and begin my next chapter in entrepreneurial success.
